At Rauw Alejandro Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your streetwear; if your order isn't perfect, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
